Amethelis is the petal material released from Flowers. Its importance is not direct currency but its position at the start of the Florin and Florinol power chain. Each Flower head contains four Amethelis alongside one Gold.

How Amethelis works
Amethelis has the special Wisp matter type. Instead of falling like an ordinary solid, it drifts from side to side, which changes how it must be collected and fed into a machine. A Steam Dryer removes moisture and produces Dry Amethelis for the next thermal step.
How to use Amethelis in a factory
Enclose the Flower output and avoid relying on a narrow vertical chute. Use walls and, when available, controlled airflow to bring petals toward the Dryer. Keep the Gold output on its own gravity route because its much greater density and ordinary solid behavior make it separate naturally.
Common Amethelis problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Petals miss the Dryer | Amethelis drifts laterally; widen or enclose the intake. |
| The line stops at Amethelis | The next required machine is the Steam Dryer unlocked by Drying and Condensing research. |
| Gold contaminates the petal route | Separate outputs by behavior before the Dryer rather than after it. |
